Idol Kings is a nu-metalcore duo blending raw emotion, heavy riffs, and hard-hitting rap. Hailing from Michigan, USA, and North Wales, UK, the band consists of rapper Rob Ellis and vocalist Dale Roberts.

Formed in December 2023, Idol Kings wasted no time making an impact, releasing their debut album, B.I.N.G.E, in July 2024. The record fused intense metalcore breakdowns with aggressive rap and melodic choruses, earning them a dedicated following. That fall, they embarked on a mini tour across Michigan, solidifying their reputation as a high-energy live act.

Now, Idol Kings are pushing their sound even further with their upcoming sophomore album, Blackout, set for release in fall 2025. The first single, “Are You Happy Now”, has already given fans a taste of the raw intensity and personal lyricism the duo is known for. With their signature blend of rap, metal, and emotion-driven storytelling, Idol Kings continue to break boundaries and redefine what nu-metalcore can be.
